A said fixer of cases in the High Courts as reported on the Channel 5 news is
already out of the country.
Known as Ma’am Arlene on the news, she is identified as Arlene Lerma Angeles. According to the television report, based from the Bureau of Immigration record, she is now out of the country and just like those criminals who ran away from the law; she is nowhere to be found.
This is a very bad country concerning the law. Many are lawless and many of them do not answer for the crimes they had done. Best example are the Marcoses, who due to dictatorship murdered many citizens of this country yet they are still there flaunting their powers.
Fixers like Arlene do damage to this country beyond repair. Their hands are full of blood from hapless victims like Lauro Vizconde, the Dacer-Corbito murder and many others whose decisions appear unbelievable yet we are helpless to question.
If this happens in the U.S. the government will surely shake. But not here. We only talk and talk and nothing happen to reform ourselves.
